Job Summary
Join our dynamic team as a Technical Solutions Engineer, where you'll engage in exciting product delivery and integration projects within the realm of telecom security. Your role will be pivotal in performing managed security services using our state-of-the-art products, and you'll act as a technical cornerstone for our sales and presales teams. You'll also have the opportunity to craft essential technical documentation for various projects.
Job Duties
- Execute telecom security product delivery and integration projects with the technical support tasks.
- Deliver managed security services based on Company’s product lineup.
- Provide technical expertise to sales and presale teams, enhancing client interactions and project outcomes.
- Create comprehensive technical documentation, including proposals, reports, methodologies, High-Level Designs (HLD), and Low-Level Designs (LLD).
Skills and Qualification
- Administrator skills of Linux OS systems (Debian, Ubuntu, other).
- Software configuration skills (Linux-based)
- Knowledge of networking, TCP/IP stack, basic network configurations
- Programming: Python, Shell-scripting.
- Experience with the class of products like IDS, IPS, FW goes as a plus.
- Communication skills: ability to share knowledges for both small group of team members and big audience on the stage.
- Readiness for business trips.
Experience with one or more of the following will be benefit
- Experiences with protocols of signaling stack like SS7, Diameter, GTP, PFCP or general network routing protocols like BGP and OSPF.
- Mobile network standards, technologies, and architecture knowledge (GSM, UMTS, LTE, 5G, IMS).
